My Story
I’m Angela Gorbold, the founder of Launchpad Career, where I bring over 15 years of experience in career coaching, talent development, and asset management to help high-achieving undergraduate students break into commercial real estate. I’ve supported thousands of students—from first-gen and transfer students to those navigating elite recruiting cycles—guiding them toward competitive internships and full-time roles in this dynamic industry.

We work one-on-one to identify skill gaps early, craft industry-aligned resumes, and create a strategic plan for each student’s unique goals.
